Questions

Before you ask

Why isn't there a price on this page?
Because the honest number depends on how many technicians you run, how much history needs migrating and how much onboarding you want. We'd rather give you a real figure after a twenty-minute conversation than a headline rate that changes once you've signed.
Who is this actually for?
Contractors running roughly 10 to 50 technicians in HVAC, plumbing or electrical. Below that, the operational depth here is more than most shops need. Well above it, you're into enterprise territory with requirements we don't currently cover.
Do we need to run a server?
No. This is fully managed: we host it, keep it updated and take the backups. Your office works in a browser and technicians install the app to their phone's home screen from the same address.
What happens to our existing data?
Customers, catalog items, equipment and opening stock levels can be imported from CSV, and we help with the mapping as part of onboarding. Historic invoices keep the values they were created with rather than being recalculated. See the full migration and onboarding breakdown for what actually moves and how training works.
Can we get our data out again?
Yes. Every list exports to CSV, every document generates as a PDF, and the underlying store is a standard PostgreSQL database with a documented schema. Nothing is held in a format only we can read.
How long does it take to get running?
That depends mostly on how clean your existing data is and how much of it you want to bring across, typically anywhere from a few weeks to a couple of months. We'll give you a realistic timeline during the demo rather than a stock answer here; see migration & onboarding for more on how the process works.

See it running on your own data

A demo is a working system, not a slide deck. Bring a real week of your schedule and we'll walk through it end to end: dispatch, the technician's phone, the invoice and what it made.
